Office Policies

We pride ourselves in having an office that is inclusive and respectful. We ask that all our patients provide our office with the same respect we provide them.

Verbal Abuse & Harassment Policy

We expect all staff and patients to always be treated with respect. Verbal abuse or harassment of any kind (including cyberbullying or online harassment) will not be tolerated and will be grounds for dismissal by your doctor from our clinic.

Cancellation Policy

To respect other patients attempting to book appointments (virtual and in-person), please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule.

Late Appointment Policy

If you are coming for an in-office appointment please respect the appointment time provided. This allows us to be punctual for other (virtual or in-person) visits, maintain safe social distancing, and provides adequate time for us to clean rooms between in-person appointments at our office.

We ask if you are running late for an appointment to respect our time and please contact the office to inform us. Depending on how you late you are for your appointment, we may need to re-schedule your appointment.

Prescription Renewal Policy

The majority of prescription renewal requests will require an appointment with your family physician to assess and monitor the medication(s) you are taking.

However, if appropriate, prescription renewal requests will be renewed without an appointment Monday to Thursday. Please notify us and your pharmacy well in advance to allow for continuity of your prescription(s) and/or any necessary appointments to be made.
