Need an appointment?

We understand these are trying times. However, we ask that you continue to be respectful and patient when interacting with our office.

We have transitioned back to in-office appointments for patient care and masks will continue to be required for all in-office appointments. Although some appointments may be virtual, your family physician will determine if an appointment can appropriately be done in a virtual manner. If you have a health concern for which you need to seek medical attention, please  call the office .

Cancellation Policy: To respect other patients attempting to book appointments, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel (you can cancel appointments via our Patient Portal) or reschedule. 

Late Appointment Policy: If you are coming for an in-office appointment please respect the appointment time provided. Your punctuality allows us to be on time for your visit (in-person or virtual visit), as well as maintain office flow for yourself and other patients. We ask if you are running late for an appointment to respect our time and please contact the office to inform us. Depending on how late you are for your appointment, we may need to re-schedule your appointment.
