Although we initially designed our handout for our younger patients, it still applies to those who may be older but young at heart.

Health Education Groups in Hamilton

Health Education groups (accessible to patients in the Greater Hamilton Haldimand Niagara Area)

Please use the button above to access free Health Education Groups (for Mental Health and Nutrition) available to patients in our community, run by the Hamilton Family Health Team.

Most of these groups are self referral based and accessible to all patients in our community. As these groups are run by the Hamilton Family Health team, some groups are limited only to patients belonging to the Hamilton Family Health Team, which are office is not a part of (we are part of the Ancaster Family Health Organization).
