Welcome to Doctors at 326 Wilson! Our office is comprised of the individual family practices of Dr. Skylar Neblett, Dr. Christine-Marie Vu and Dr. Divyanshi Jalan. Our office is not accepting new patients at this time.

All three doctors are part of the Ancaster Family Health Organization (FHO), which is a group of family doctors who are able to provide coverage for patients if their family doctor is unavailable as well as after hours care. Please be mindful that after hours care should not be utilized for routine or preventative health concerns. As a patient of one of our practices you have access to after hours care every day of the year (including weekends and statutory holidays); thus we ask that you do not use walk-in clinics.  Please note for emergencies or serious urgent medical problems the Emergency Department or Urgent Care is the best place to be assessed; click here for local Emergency Department and Urgent Care wait times.
