Welcome to Doctors at 326 Wilson! Our office is comprised of the individual family practices of Dr. Skylar Neblett, Dr. Christine-Marie Vu and Dr. Divyanshi Jalan.

As of August 1st, 2025 Dr. Jalan has taken over the practice of Dr. Karen Antoniuk upon her retirement! We wish Dr. Antoniuk all the best in her well deserved retirement!

As part of this transition, all of Dr. Antoniuk’s current patients will have their care transferred seamlessly to Dr. Jalan on August 1st, 2025. Patients of Dr. Antoniuk’s wanting to continue their care at our office with Dr. Jalan will need to sign a new roster form with Dr. Jalan. As this transition occurs for Dr. Jalan, she will not be taking on any new patients beyond Dr. Antoniuk’s current patients at our office.

All three doctors are part of the Ancaster Family Health Organization (FHO), which is a group of family doctors who are able to provide coverage for patients if their family doctor is unavailable as well as after hours care. Please be mindful that after hours care should not be utilized for routine or preventative health concerns. As you have access to this resource as a patient of one our practices, we ask that you do not use walk-in clinics.  Please note for emergencies or serious urgent medical problems the Emergency Department or Urgent Care is the best place to be assessed.
