Uninsured Services

Some physician services provided by our office are not covered by OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan) and do require payment by our patients, out of pocket, for rendering of the service. Below is a list of common services not covered by OHIP and their cost. Our office accepts cash, cheque and e-transfer for payment
